Language
Arts
We
are in the midst of completing items off of our Pirate Menu. This week we begin pirate paragraph
writing! Very exciting! Wednesday Work Day begins this
week! Students must select their
first choice item and be prepared to work during class time on Wednesday!
Math
We
have conquered three different ways to estimate large numbers and are becoming
rounding professionals! The
students have a rhyme to help them!
Next up, adding and subtracting large numbers! Please check in with your student this week to see how
adding and subtracting is going.
Sometimes borrowing and re-grouping can pose a few problems!
